March1st Sunday 3.00 - 5.00pm $50RESTORATIVE MINI RETREAT with Ellen LaarhovenI am excited to be sharing this first mini retreat of 2026. This is an invitation to attune to your own rhythm of restoration - to restore, reset and sink into a calm that lingers long after the session ends. Drift, release and let yourself be nourished from the inside out. We will move through gentle yoga movements, restorative yin yoga and settle into a long guided relaxation, also incorporating different breathing practices and mantra repetition. You're welcome to stay for a chat after the session enjoying a cup of tea and a wholesome treat. Please arrive 10 minutes early, you can use our mats, blankets and cushions. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a Journal, pen and water bottle and please email us any health notes we need to be aware of. The door will be locked after the retreat starts.
