SCHEDULE OF CLASSES FOR EACH OF THE ABOVE WEEKENDS

Friday

7.00 - 9.00pm Energise. Pranayama, the healing breath. Internal and external at/for causal, subtle and physical levels. Unblocks and re-aligns all the meridians within your body leaving you with a feeling of peace and wellbeing. Followed by inspiring evening, spiritual teaching, philosophy, the Opening discourse.

Saturday

7.00 - 8.30am Mind. Meditation. Morning discourse. Calm abiding meditation. Increases your level of personal peace.

8.30am Breakfast

10.00am - 12.30pm Body. Shanti Yoga asana 1 and 2... the mind touches the body and the cells respond. Yoga Peace: Floor stretches. Stretch, breathe, relax and detox the body. Asanas that restore and rejuvenate. Yoga Gentle Plus: Energise. Increase the vitality joy and consistency of joint and back health. Enhance physical activity.

12.30pm Delicious Indian vegetarian lunch

2.00 - 2.30pm Relate. Discourse and group discussion providing stability and dharmic focus. Dialogue process. Q & A.

3.30pm - 4.30pm Heal. Yoga Nidra. Treatments come from the outside but healing comes from within the stillness of total relaxation.

4.30 - 5.30pm Joy. Sacred sounds, chanting and mantra. Open your heart. Be uplifted through the inhaled breath and powerful sacred words that transform into the lightness of being.

OR

2.00 - 2.30pm Relate. Discourse, group discussion: dialogue process

2.30 - 3.30pm Walk. From the Centre to a local park

3.30 - 4.30 Heal. Deep relaxation and self healing. Yoga nidra 1. Treatments come from the outside but healing comes from within the stillness of total relaxation.

4.30 - 5.30pm Joy. Sacred sounds, chanting and mantra. Open your heart. Be uplifted through the inhaled breath and powerful sacred words that transform into the lightness of being.

5.30 - 7.00pm .Discover. Discourse and Satsang "in the company of truth". Enlightened teachings with a true master of Yoga who has an intimate understanding of and adherence to the vast body of Yogic knowledge. Opportunities to ask questions.

Sunday

7.00 - 8.30am Mind. Guided meditation and morning discourse. Clarity, presence, emotional calm and richness.

8.30am Breakfast. Connection and dialogue with others.

10.00am - 12.30pm Body. Shanti Yoga Asana 3 & 4, Yoga Peace Plus: Cobra, locust, etc. to elongate back, heal and rehabilitate neuro-pathways, build core strength. Classical Yoga. Yoga Flow: Great vinyasa with warm ups, stress busters, fix its. Stimulates chakras, increases vitality, harmonises flow.

12.30pm Delicious Indian vegetarian lunch

2.00-3.00pm Relate. Discourse and group discussion. Dialogue process. Q & A

3.00pm - 4.00pm Heal. Deep, deep, relaxation. Yoga nidra 2. Psychic sleep. Spontaneous healing, inspiring, spiritual journey. Visit your sacred space.

4.00 - 4.30pm Love. Closing spiritual discourse. The future is imbibed into us.
