Unblocks and re-aligns all the meridians within your body leaving you with a feeling of peace and wellbeing. Followed by inspiring evening, spiritual teaching, philosophy, the Opening discourse.
Saturday
7.00 - 8.30am Mind. Meditation. Morning discourse. Calm abiding meditation. Increases your level of personal peace.

10.00am - 12.30pm Body. Shanti Yoga asana 1 and 2... the mind touches the body and the cells respond. Yoga Peace: Floor stretches. Stretch, breathe, relax and detox the body.
